The rumor mill is blowing the old lady’s wig off on this one. We hear a certain corporation is SERIOUSLY considering testing out Regional PDs. We hate to say, we told you so but we predicted this months ago. The corporation is said to be in the planning stages as you read this for a few markets as the testing ground.
