According to the latest PPM monthlies (Source Arbitron February 2010 Adults 18-34) , the Rickey Smiley Morning Show has been on a roll: #2 in St. Louis on WHHL with a 10.9 ( up 2 full share points from Holiday 09 ) ; #3 in Atlanta on WHTA with a 6.6 ( up 2 full share points from Holiday 09 where the rank increased from 12th to 3rd ) ; #1 in Baltimore on WERQ with a 13.9; #2 in Miami on WEDR with an 11.6.
