ATLANTA (April 14, 2020) – A Spelman College student has been selected to receive a Barry Goldwater Scholarship. Joya Sims, C’2022, a mathematics major from Atlanta, is one of 396 undergraduate scholars selected for the prestigious award for the 2020-2021 academic year.
