Judge Rules NYC Stop-and-Frisk Unconstitutional

20120602_USP003_0Judge says NYC‘s “stop-and-frisk” unconstitutional. Says city adopted policy of “indirect racial profiling.” The controversial policy has been deemed unconstitutional but it has always seemed disrespectful to many that have been humiliated because of the policy.
