Atlanta police said multiple people were shot Wednesday afternoon at the Midtown section of Atlanta, Georgia, near W. Peachtree St.
Hundreds of heavily armed officers descended on the scene at 1100 West Peachtree St., near a hospital facility where a suspect started shooting randomly.
Atlanta police released surveillance video of the suspect wearing a gray or black hoodie and carrying a bag. He also had a handgun as he stood inside a set of glass doors. The suspect is still at large and law enforcement is urging the public not to approach him because he is armed and dangerous. source
