Jim Trapp Named Program Director for X107.5 KXTE Las Vegas

 width=Programming veteran Jim Trapp was named Program Director of KXTE in Las Vegas and will begin his role starting Monday, September 27, 2010.   The announcement was made today by CBS Radio Las Vegas Sr. VP/Market General Manager Dave McDonald.

“Jim has a keen sense of strategy and tactics and knows how to execute a winning plan,” said McDonald. “We’re confident his experience and style is what X107.5 needs to be a winner.”

Trapp’s extensive professional background includes successful stints as Program Director in Seattle , Cleveland , Houston , Sacramento and Phoenix in Rock, Alternative, Modern AC and Classic Hits formats.

Trapp commented, “X107.5 has great heritage in the Las Vegas market and I’m excited to get involved,” remarked Trapp.   “The team at KXTE are passionate competitors who are determined to win.   I look forward to lending a helping hand in making that happen.
