Rickey Smiley: Haddish and Spears Accusers Got Free Check

The Rickey Smiley Morning Show said Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears’ accusers got a “free check” after they dropped the sexual abuse lawsuit against the comedians. TMZ has reported that the child molestation case against Haddish and Spears has been dismissed without prejudice, informed the morning show host. This means that the case cannot be filed again, Da Brat added.

The woman who filed the lawsuit, who has been named Jane Doe, has released a statement saying, “my family and I have known Tiffany Haddish for many years, and we know now that she would never harm me or my brother or help anyone else that would do anything that could harm us. We wish Tiffany the best and are glad that we can put all this behind us.”

The woman did not mention Spears in her statement, said Da Brat. In the lawsuit, Jane Doe alleged that Haddish and Spears used her and her brother to film skits and scenes that were inappropriate and, the woman suggested, were intended to sexualize them, added the morning show DJ.

Spears and Haddish were accused of grooming the children for the sexual abuse years ago. Gary With Da Tea said the lawsuit was dropped because the plaintiffs got a big check. Allegedly they were paid $5 million each, said Da Brat.

Gary said for that type of money; the claimants would say anything. “That’s what that was. A free check,” said Gary.
