Hotel BPM, the musically inspired Brooklyn boutique hotel that was just launched by hip-hop DJ, BIJAL, is excited to announce a new Facebook contest. The musically inspired hotel has teamed up with Scratch DJ Academy, co-founded by Jam Master Jay of Run DMC, to provide its Facebook fans with an amazing opportunity to win a hotel stay and a complimentary DJ 101 course at Scratch DJ Academy. Starting now and running through January 31, 2013, anyone who wants a chance to learn the skills it takes to rock the crowd and play a killer set is invited to submit a short video explaining why they want to be a DJ via the Hotel BPM Facebook page.
Participants will be competing for the opportunity to hone their DJ skills with a semester at Scratch DJ Academy.
