42-year-old Ali Amin Carter, a former aide to now-Atlanta mayor Andre Dickens, was arrested for terroristic threats and taken off a flight landing at Atlanta Hartsfield airport and then taken to Douglas County Jail on Dec. 30 and has since bonded out.
Carter’s ex-wife informed police he threatened to harm her boyfriend for disciplining their child. Carter allegedly also said he will use his AR-15 if the boyfriend touches his child again. The phone call was recorded, police said.
