A 71-year-old Ohio man named Larry Anderson was murdered by a 14-year-old boy who was caught driving his car in Pennsylvania. The boy was stopped after numerous infractions by police who found a gun in the car at which point they checked who the car was registered to and requested a welfare check on the owner. Upon doing so they found The 71-year-old man had been murdered by the teen.
The teen is being held in custody while authorities further investigate the situation. Neighbors are shocked and hurt stating that the man was very nice to everybody and he was a neighborhood watchman who greeted all the new neighbors and kept an eye on what was going on in the neighborhood.
