A rep for Trey Songz told TMZ in a revised statement, “Earlier today, the attorney who drafted this suit was credibly accused of trying to pay a woman to accuse Trey falsely. Hours later, that same attorney has filed this suit on behalf of an anonymous client. It isn’t hard to see what’s happening here, and it is a shame for genuine victims of sexual assault.”

The rep adds, “the allegations in this complaint are false. Trey looks forward to having the facts fully aired.”

According to a new $20 million lawsuit, Songz allegedly anally raped a woman at a house party.

Jane Doe is suing the singer. She said before the March 24, 2016, rape; she had a consensual sexual relationship with Songz. She claimed he suddenly morphed into a “savage rapist.”

The woman claimed Songz invited her to a house party in L.A. He then asked her upstairs for what she believed would be consensual sex, alleges the lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

The woman claims that on the way upstairs, Songz asked her repeatedly if he could “get that a**,” to which the woman continuously replied no, and told Songz not to ask anymore.

Songz’s demeanor changed once the two were in the bedroom, stated the docs. The woman said she was thrown to the ground, her pants were ripped off, she was pinned down, face first, and then without her consent, Songz forced his penis into her anus.

The woman said she screamed, fought, and begged Songz to get off her, but she claimed she was overpowered.

She claimed there was hope that the “brutal rape” would end when someone entered the room, the woman said in the lawsuit. However, the person quickly left the room, and the sexual assault continued, the woman said.

After Songz finished and stopped raping her, the woman said she could escape. She grabbed all of her clothing except her underwear, ran outside, and called an Uber.

The Uber driver realized she was in distress and took her to a hospital, the docs stated. A sexual assault exam was performed, and the police were called at the hospital.

The exam showed “severe anal tearing that could require surgery,” the woman said. She stated that she did not give Songz’s name to the police because she was “in shock and fearing from her life.”

She is currently suing Songz for $20 million in damages.

Ariel Mitchell, an attorney for the woman, is also representing 2 other women in lawsuits against Songz for alleged sexual assaults in Miami and New York.

Mitchell has denied the witness tampering accusations in the Miami sexual assault suit by Songz legal team.

The other attorney for the woman, George Vrabeck, and Mitchell tell TMZ, “Victims are coming forward every day. Just know you are not alone, and this behavior is unacceptable. George Vrabeck and I will not be deterred by bullying or intimidation tactics and will continue our pursuit of Justice for sexual assault victims of Trey Songz.”

TMZ contacted Songz camp for information about the suit, so far his team has not responded.
