Radio One, Inc. announced today that Charlotte radio will never be the same as they welcome home, Charlotte�s own �Fly Ty,� hosting afternoons on My92.7 (WQNC), weekday afternoons from 2pm � 6pm starting Monday, March 8, 2010.
A veteran to radio, Fly Ty got his start in the early 90�s in Charlotte, NC as co-host/producer of the �Breakfast Brotha�s Morning Show,� on WPEG. After 10 years in Charlotte radio, he moved on to Dallas, Texas working at KRNB 105.7 and most recently was co-host/producer of The Playground Morning Show on K104.
