Kobalt Signs Rising Band South Arcade Amid Streaming Success

Kobalt, the largest independent music publisher in the world, announced today they have signed�South Arcade, a band that recently came onto the scene in a major way, driven by over 20 million streams across their debut EP (released in December) and almost 800,000 monthly listeners on Spotify alone, plus a daytime playlist at BBC Radio 1 and a show at London�s KOKO that sold out almost immediately.�
