The individual, identified as Jalen Wade, also known in the music industry as “Lil Drip,” is a graduate of Georgia State University. The dog, named Octey by its owner, Precious Cody, was reported missing after a neighbor observed Wade taking the dog under the pretense of knowing its owner. Following a police report and investigation, the dog was found deceased, prompting an extensive standoff at Wade’s residence.
