We all know that even though he missed his calling as a comic, Dr. Phil can at times be extremely arrogant and full of himself. That attitude may be coming back to haunt him as the whole Britney Spears incident has brought attention to the fact that he retired his license as a psychiatrist in Texas two years ago but his visit to Britney indicates that he was practicing as a psychiatrist in Cali and he is not licenced there, on top of that, he discussed the case with the media which is a direct hit to the doctor/patient privilege.
