Cox Radio Greenville Wins 4 South Carolina Broadcasters Association Star Awards

Great news on more awards for our radio stations.

Cox Radio Greenville had an impressive showing at the South Carolina Broadcaster’s summer awards presentation Saturday night in Columbia. The awards recognize excellence in broadcasting. Cox Radio Greenville competes in the large market category which includes Columbia and Charleston. We won four first place awards out of 7 possible categories. This was a very impressive showing. A big congratulations to Steve Crumbley, Supa Dave, Kenny Miles, Marino and Kelly Mac for their contributions to our winning entries. We also received a recognition award from the Army National Guard for our NCSA contributions. Kenny Miles had to make five trips to the podium to accept awards. We could barely fit the wards on the table. I think the conference room is going to look a lot fuller Monday.
