Charmaine Little has been promoted to Assistant Program Director/Music Director for WTLC-FM & WTLC-AM. Charmaine will continue her regular duties as Music Director and will officially come off of the Tom Joyner Morning Show (TJMS) to assist with producing/directing “Community Connections” & “Access Indy.” She will also take a more hands on approach with WTLC-AM & additional programming duties for both brands.
