Former Principal Finds way to fund School Music Programs

With more and more schools facing budget cuts, the music programs are often the first to go – and we all know how meaningful music is for kids, and how it can shape the lives of us all. Losing music in schools will have a significant impact on the future of music. Parents now have a simple solution.

Former school principal and mom Stacey Boyd founded Schoola as a fix for those devastating school budget cuts. Schoola, which turns gently used clothing into cash for schools, has already partnered with more than 10,000 schools across the country, with one school in the Bronx raising more than $22k to help fund their music program.
