Is it just us or has anyone else wondered why Tavis Smiley is not present during the Ferguson riots and Micheal Brown killing? Smiley has certainly burned a few bridges over the past few years with BET as well as with black leaders like Al Sharpton and radio host Tom Joyner . Worst of ALL his attacks on President Obama, which some have labeled as jealousy, have not set well with MANY in the black community but this would have been an EXCELLENT opportunity for him to shine again and to talk about how poverty makes black men the victims of these kinds of attacks.
Ya think? Has anybody seen Tavis?
