Womens March Action Supports Pelosis Call for Trumps Removal

Women’s March Action stands with Senator Nancy Pelosi in a call to the Congress and Vice President Mike Pence for the immediate removal of Donald J. Trump from office for the act of sedition and the attempted coup of the United States of America.

“The President is complicit in the attempted coup and must be removed as he is a clear and present danger to democracy. Black Lives matters protests were met with rubber bullets and tear gas, women’s march was called a MOB, but this is called Patriotism? We are calling this what it is…a coup and the president is complicit.”—Emiliana Guereca, President, Women’s March Action.

The events of January 6, 2021 are both shocking and yet all-too-foreseeable; President Trump bears full responsibility for a seditious attempted Coup of the government of the United States with his incitement of the attack on the Capitol. His speech to the January 6, 2021 rally in Washington, DC intentionally inspired his audience to act out his wishes.

Women’s March Action is calling on Congress and Vice President Mike Pence to have the courage to REMOVE the President IMMEDIATELY for this attempted coup.

The President has been playing with fire since the launched of his first presidential campaign with incendiary language and bully speak to entice and appeal to his base supporters. With he lost his bid for re-election, Trump has intensified his efforts to subvert American democracy with false accusations of voter fraud and throwing into question the validity and sanctity of our voting and election processes.

Democracy is NOT a spectator sport…we must all get involved!
