The Rickey Smiley Morning Show discussed former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s foreclosure. Gary With Da Tea said the reality TV star was “tardy with the payment” and was sent into foreclosure on the $2.6 million mansion she shares with her husband, Kroy Biermann. Reportedly the luxurious home will be going up for auction on the first Tuesday in November, said Gary.
He said the house was definitely foreclosed on and is now for sale. The house comes equipped with five bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms. After failing to pay back a $300,000 loan taken out on the house, the couple has been forced to sell.
The massive mansion sprawls over 6000 square feet and will be sold to the highest bidder and can be purchased with cash at the courthouse doors of Fulton County, Ga. Gary said the reality star losing her house is public humiliation. Kim is a woman of European descent and is used to having the “finer things in life.” The morning show host said that perhaps Kroy’s financial situation has changed because he no longer plays in the NFL.
There was another theory for the foreclosure. Maria More said that perhaps the house was too small for the couple, and it no longer suited their needs. “It’s just too small. Maybe they’re trying to upgrade,” she added.
Gary said if anyone has any extra cash lying around, they can purchase the home. More said she was interested and had some extra dollars stashed away.
