Shaquille O’Neal Buys Stake in the Sacramento Kings

Shaquille-O'Neal-600x375Shaquille O’Neal, who has done it all from rapping, acting, television, and obviously playing basketball has now bought a stake in the Sacramento Kings. The Kings have gone through various image changes this year, the first being the sale of the team to Vivek Ranadive in May.

Shaq, who once labeled the Kings as “Queens” back in his playing days had this to say about his new endeavor. “What interested me in this deal is the new vision, the new Kings, the new everything,” said O’Neal, who so famously deemed the Kings the “Queens” at the start of the 2002-03 season. “I’ve always wanted to be part of something like this. … It’s going to be great.”
