Kanye West on Classism, Racism, and Corporate Control

In Part 2 of his interview with BBC Radio host, Zane Lowe, Kanye West goes off about classism, corporations, and people’s perceptions of him and themselves. He makes a great point about being people being up in arms when he says he thinks he is a god but they are ok if he calls himself a nigga, gangster, or pimp.  He definitely leaves you with something to think about. Editor’s Note: The interview would have been better if it had been done by someone like Marc Lamont Hill. Kanye is making some incredibly valid points here and they are going right over the interviewer’s head which is frustrating.
