A doctor named Dr. Babak Sarani in Washington DC tried his best to warn 19-year-old Cory Riggins Jr. about the dangers of him getting shot. Riggins was first shot when he was 15 years old and almost died after his heart repeatedly stopped but Dr.
Sarani was able to save him. In the process, Dr. Sarani told him that he came very close to death and he can’t have a situation like that happen again.
Unfortunately, Riggins came in each year after that with another gunshot wound until two weeks ago. He came in with his fourth and final fatal gunshot wound. Dr.
Sarani said that he was surprised, but not shocked because he had seen the situation happen before with teens being shot multiple times and coming in every year. Dr. Sarani and his father tried their best to find ways to get Cory Riggins Jr. out of Washington DC over the years to no avail, as they knew his life was in great danger.
2 weeks ago, 19 y/o Corey Riggins, Jr. was shot…for the 4th time. This time, he died.
