To enhance the excitement of the annual BET Awards, music lovers can now look forward to an inaugural three day performance extravaganza at L.A. Live, an entertainment complex located in downtown Los Angeles, and adjacent to the world famous Staples Center.

The extravaganza known as the “BET Experience at L.A. Live” kicks off with a performance by Beyonce on June 28th. This appearance marks a stop on her recently announced “The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour”. Later that night, during this star studded weekend, one can amble across the way after the Beyonce concert to the significantly more intimate Club Nokia to catch a performance by Erykah Badu.

The list of events which conclude on June 30th will also include performances by The Jacksons, R. Kelly, Snoop Lion, The Roots, and New Edition. Sunday church service will be held at Club Nokia, and will feature Kirk Franklin.
