Pinky Cole, the restauranteur, and philanthropist who has become world famous for her amazing vegan food has just opened a Slutty Vegan location in the Bronx replacing another vegan store. The event was a block party with an enormous crowd for the rock star restaurant many of who waited outside for hours with their lawn chairs for the grand opening. Cole was overcome with emotion when she talked about her success in the video and her father who has been deported and is watching her success from another country.
Cole now owns 7 Slutty Vegan restauants. 5 in Atlanta, 1 in Birmingham, and the new one in The Bronx.
