In regard to our earlier post regarding the “Banned Carls Jr. Super Bowl Commercial,” as we suspected it is an absolute fake. CKE Restaurants , Inc emailed us personally to let us know.
Below is the official statement on behalf of CKE Restaurants, Inc., parent company to Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s restaurants.
“They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. But, we had nothing to do with this spoof ad.”

This has to be a fake but it is comically graphic. Â Supposedly this is a banned Carls Jr. commercial but we are not buying it. Â Watching this “commercial” makes me think of the scene from the classic film, “Boomerang” when Eddie Murphy’s character Marcus Graham told Nelson that he got a little nasty like he always does when it came to shooting the “Kissable” commercial. LOL!
