Entitled “Devyne Stephens’ 40th Birthday Extravaganza: Fantasy Island,” the affair took place at �Devyne’s private mansion called “Dreamland” and was complete with a laser show, hula dancers greeting guests, and a stunning performance by R&B newcomers Timothy Bloom and V. Bozeman.
