SESAC, the nation’s most progressive performing rights organization, has announced that Greggory Smith has joined the Atlanta office as Associate Director, Writer/Publisher Relations. In the new position, Smith will be responsible for signing new writers and publishers and providing service to existing writers and publishers in the Greater Atlanta area, while overseeing day-to-day operations in the Atlanta office.

“We are excited to bring Greggory into our sesac Writer/Publisher family,” says Trevor Gale, Senior Vice President, Writer/Publisher Relations, sesac. “Not only does he bring with him a wide array of experience, but also industry contacts from both the East Coast and West Coast, which we know will greatly benefit our Writer Publisher initiatives in Atlanta.”

Smith comes to sesac from Wayne Brady Inc., where he was an A&R Consultant. He also has worked as Creative Director and in various A&R and production positions at Fakework Management/Interscope Records and RedZone Entertainment, in both Atlanta and California, and MES Management in Atlanta. www.sesac.com.
