March, transitioning from his role as U.S. president of Geffen Records, is recognized for his contributions to the music industry, including his work with notable artists and partnerships. Before joining Geffen, he served as co-president of Polydor Records in the U.K., where he supported the development of artists like Glass Animals and managed the Interscope roster in the region.
In his new position at CMG, March will oversee several record labels, including Capitol Records, Blue Note Records, Motown Records, Astralwerks, Harvest Records, and Capitol Christian Music Group, reporting directly to Janick. Lillia Parsa, who previously worked at Universal Music Publishing Group, has collaborated with top artists and contributed to several No. 1 Hot 100 songs.
