Rickey Smiley Show Questions Name Change Decision

Rapper Future has seemingly confirmed that he has changed his name, said Da Brat. The rapper born Nayvadius Wilburn posted a story on an Instagram story that read, “Future legally changed his last name from Wilburn to Cash.” In response, Future said, “Bags secured, the biggest.”

Da Brat said she thought the megastar had changed only his first name. She was surprised to find out that he had changed his last. “I don’t think you should change your last name,” said Da Brat.

Maria More said the last name is a part of a person’s legacy. The last name defines a person’s heritage and lineage, said Da Brat.

“So, his last name now is Cash,” said Rickey Smiley. The morning Show confirmed that the rapper’s last name is now Cash.

The radio Dj was surprised that a person could change their last name. “I didn’t know you could legally change your last name,” said Rock-T. Da Brat agreed that she did not know the last name change was possible. More mentioned that the Future’s children had his previous last name. “And his children have his last name,” said More.

“So, they still Wilborn, I guess, and he’s Cash,” said Da Brat.
