Tech N9ne Releases New Single and Video Things I Like Today

Coming through with what might just be his smoothest banger yet, Tech N9ne unveils a brand new single and music video entitled “Things I Like” today via his Strange Music label. Listen to “Things I Like”—HERE. Watch the music video—HERE.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jsAhGy5jmkYOn the track, a jazzy guitar lead entwines with the sizzling and steady beat.

Atop this laidback production, Tech rattles off a few of his favorite things such as “buncha crunch inside of my salted and buttered popcorn” and “Creed cologne” as well as “yacht rock or p-funk.” His signature cadence glides towards a head-nodding hook with undeniable upbeat spirit. Meanwhile, the visual quite literally brings his words to life as he raps with a smile accompanied by a full band. You could say it has everything fans “like” about him and more!

It also hints at the dawn of another season for Tech N9ne and Strange Music, but you’ll have to stay tuned… Following the premiere of the video, Tech hosted a YouTube AfterParty for Youtube Premium members, drawing a massive audience. Last year, he dropped the music video for “Still Right Here” .

Watch HERE. It has since amassed 394K YouTube views and counting. As always, Tech continues to make headlines. Billboard noted the roar of the crowd during his appearance at The Super Bowl last month, describing him as “a son of Kansas City who has made it a point to build an industry around himself in his hometown.” He spoke to Kansas City KSHB, and The Kansas City Star chronicled his appearance at the tailgate party.

The Kansas City Chiefs, for whom Tech represents as a team ambassador, went on to win Super Bowl LVII. Upon returning home to KC alongside the team, Tech stepped on stage at the victory parade in front of a reported 1.2 Million fans to perform his “Red Kingdom” anthem and claimed, “By far my biggest crowd today in my hometown of Kansas City. Thank you for decades of L9ve and support.”Tech unleashed his massive 22nd full-length LP, ASIN9NE, in October 2021. Listen to ASIN9NE—HERE
