Cleveland, Ohio…WMMS is pleased to announce the addition of ERIKA LAUREN to The Alan Cox Show on 100.7 WMMS. Erika, who is also a current cast member on the twenty-third season of MTV’s reality series The Real World in Washington D.C., becomes the third member of The Alan Cox Show, heard weekdays from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. on 100.7 WMMS.
“Erika’s reality television experience brings an interesting perspective to the Alan Cox Show,” said Bo Matthews, Program Director for WMMS. He continued, “She is a singer, songwriter, and someone who lives the rock lifestyle, EXACTLY what we needed to round off the Alan Cox Show on WMMS.”
“Radio has always been a passion of mine,” said Erika. She continued, “I like having a platform to express myself and I enjoy making music…the opportunity on the Alan Cox show will allow me to combine my love for both.”
Erika Lauren, 22, originally from Chicago and more recently from Cleveland, attended Columbia College Chicago and achieved a music business degree. She’s a singer and has been in multiple bands.
