I love stories when criminals pick the wrong person to mess with and get a rude awakening. In this particular case, a man fights off his attackers in an attempted home invasion in Alvord , North Texas. The Alvord, North Texas Wise County Sheriff’s Office investigators are looking for information leading to the arrests of subjects responsible for the burglary that occurred Monday, Sept. 16, at a residence on South Wickham Street in Alvord.Three masked men, one of them armed with a knife, allegedly broke into a man’s home and assaulted him around 3:30 a.m. on the 16th.
