Leah Streetman Promoted to VP at Universal Motown

 width=Leah Streetman has been promoted to Vice President, Strategic Alliances/Film & TV for Universal Motown Republic Group, it was announced today by Lori Lambert, Senior Vice President of Strategic Alliances for Universal Motown Republic Group.

“Her consistent creative contributions and tireless efforts on behalf of all of our artists and releases have been widely acknowledged throughout the industry, as she has become one of the most respected executives in film and television music.”�

In this new role, Ms. Streetman will be responsible for overseeing film and television creative music placement for their roster of current artists and new releases, including Lil Wayne, Colbie Caillat, Florence + The Machine, Kelly Rowland , Enrique Iglesias, and Damian Marley.

“Since Leah joined the Strategic Alliances department four years ago, she has created significant exposure for our music, and a truly viable profit-generating area that did not exist here before,”� said Ms. Lambert. “Her consistent creative contributions and tireless efforts on behalf of all of our artists and releases have been widely acknowledged throughout the industry, as she has become one of the most respected executives in film and television music.”�

Previously, Ms. Streetman was Senior Director, Strategic Alliances/Film & TV for Universal Motown Republic Group. During her tenure at the company, she has worked with artists such as Amy Winehouse, Shiny Toy Guns, Mika, Akon, 3 Doors Down, Nelly, and Scissor Sisters.
