Funkmaster Flex and YMCMB Create Dynamic Partnership

Two of the music industry’s legendary trendsetters have partnered to break new ground in the digital world. Cash Money/Young Money, the record label with some of the biggest artists in Hip-Hop including Drake, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, DJ Khaled, Austin Mahone, and Tyga, has partnered with Funk Flex, legendary Hip-Hop DJ and personality, to create Stunnalife.com and the Stunnalife App. The Stunnalife destinations will be the official home for everything related to Cash Money/Young Money.

The site and app will feature all artists on the roster, music, tech, sports and news, in addition to company information, conveniently located in one place for fans. “We have moved more than 500 million records worldwide since 1998, and we have decided to partner with Flex to move the company further in the digital arena,” says Birdman, CEO of Cash Money Records. Flex, who serves as the Creative Director of Digital at Emmis Communications, owner of HOT 97, has built his own site, InFlexWeTrust.com, to three million unique visitors per month. His accompanying app has had more than 500,000 downloads since its launch last year. “I’m excited to partner with Birdman on this venture.

He has built one of the biggest machines in music and he creates superstars so moving forward together is a no-brainer,” adds Flex. In this partnership, Flex will create and guide the content and overall technology for the site, making sure fans are continuously logging on and downloading the app. Get ready for these two leaders in music to create the newest and most innovative destinations for all things Cash Money/Young Money!

Stunnalife.com and the Stunnalife App will be up and running in Fall 2014. The Stunnalife App will be available through the iTunes App Store for iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod) and Google Play for Android.
