Cumulus Media (NASDAQ: CMLS) announces that Country station Kat Country 103 and Classic Rock station 104.1 The Hawk in Modesto/Stockton, CA, joined forces on Wednesday, February 12th and Thursday, February 13th to present two simultaneous radiothons benefiting St. Jude Children�s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN. The �Kat Country Cares for St. Jude�s Kids� and �St. Jude Rocks� radiothons brought together the stations� powerful Country and Classic Rock communities in dual two-day on-air, online, and social media campaigns, raising a combined total of $212,220 in listener donations.

All funds raised from the successful radiothons will go to St. Jude Children�s Research Hospital to help fight childhood cancer and other diseases.

Founded in 1962 by actor Danny Thomas, St. Jude Children�s Research Hospital turned what was then just a 20% childhood cancer survival rate to over 80% in 2025.
