Stevie Wonder couldn’t even see this coming

….as the vet stated the late Marvin Gaye’s children had no case against Robin Thicke and Pharrell Williams for lifting elements from Gaye’s 1979 smash track “Got to Give it Up” and retooling it for “Blurred Lines.”  U.S. District Court Judge John Kronstadt denied Thicke and William’s motion for a court ruling stating that “Blurred Lines” was not in any way similar to “Got to Give it up.” The two were hoping by filing this motion the case would not be allowed in court, however the judge sided with Gaye’s children that it IS substantially similar. Thus meaning the lawsuit can proceed. The trial will begin Feb 15, 2015
