David Goggins: Confidence and Motivation from Adversity

David Goggins is the son of the late Trunis Goggins who owned the famous Skateland and The Vermillion Room in Buffalo, New York. Buffalo is my hometown and a place that I would honestly take a pill if I could black out everything about being raised there except attending Performing Arts, I would do it. It appears that while we partied at the Vermillion Room in college David was being abused by his father who was walking around the Vermillion Room like a politician, smiling with a drink in his hand and hanging out with the patrons.

David says in this video that his father was a drunk, insecure man. None of us really knew him or what was going on with his family. Black people have been THROUGH it.
