A woman attending a party was jumped by a group of people and grazed by a bullet after being shot in the lip by another woman named Deliah Jones, 48.
The victim described the shooter to the police and said she knew her. Jones will be charged with aggravated assault. The victim was taken to the hospital and treated for the wound. Per WSB
