Portsmouth, NH. A woman who ran an unlicensed daycare center named Dewanna Seaward has been indicted on 19 different counts after seven children had to be taken to the hospital after a fire in her townhome where she ran the daycare caught fire. She faces dozens of charges. Firefighters rescued two children who ended up in the intensive care unit, but all seven children ended up in the hospital for additional care. Seaward was not licensed to run the daycare center in the city.
