Ramona Holloway Makes Moves at Radio One CharlotteMix 107.9’s Morning Show Co-Host Ramona Holloway Named Community Affairs Manager

Radio One, Inc. announced today that long time radio host Ramona Holloway has been named Community Affairs Manager for the Charlotte cluster including WLNK, WOSF, WBT, WPZS, WFNZ, and WOSF-HD2. In her new role, Ramona will work with the Radio One Charlotte stations and the local community and advocacy groups to grow and maintain positive relationships and provide community service throughout the Charlotte Metro. Ramona Holloway, best known as half of the legendary radio team, “The Matt & Ramona Show,” has a career span of 30 years in media, motivational speaking, and event hosting.

For the past 22 years, along with her radio partner Matt Harris, they have kept listeners entertained with their award-winning show. She is a true Charlotte celebrity with multimedia exposure as a former co-host of “Charlotte Today,” on WCNC-TV and former co-host on “News Edge” on WCCB-TV.
