Q99.7 in Atlanta Unveils New Weekday On-Air Lineup Changes

Q99.7/WWWQ-FM in Atlanta has announced a fresh new lineup for weekdays, bringing in new energy and exciting changes to the station.

Jade Jones, who has long been a fan favorite at Q99.7, is making a shift from afternoons to the midday slot, now hosting from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Her move is part of the station’s effort to provide new content and a fresh dynamic for listeners during the day.

The afternoon drive slot sees the debut of “The Kristin Show,” hosted by Kristin Klingshirn. Klingshirn, a well-known Atlanta on-air personality, was previously the co-host of “The Bert Show.”

She’s joined by Ethan Cole, a seasoned host who’s worked in multiple markets, including Atlanta’s Power 96.1 and Now 100.5 in Sacramento, CA.

Q99.7 continues to prioritize live, local content with Laura Dickerson transitioning to the night shift. Laura will host from 7:00 pm to Midnight, bringing her engaging presence to Atlanta’s evening radio scene.

Overnight programming remains the same, with “Nightly with Jade & Tyler” airing from Midnight to 5:00 am, as part of Westwood One’s syndicated shows.

Patrick Davis, Program Director at Q99.7, commented on the exciting changes: “This new lineup is a big step forward for Q99.7.

With Jade in Middays, Kristin and Ethan in the afternoon, and Laura in Nights, we’re bringing highly creative and entertaining personalities to the station. There’s even more to come, and we can’t wait to share it all with our listeners.”

Ethan Cole expressed his excitement about joining the team: “I’ve had a love-hate relationship with Kristin, especially after years of hearing The Bert Show, but now I’m excited to team up with her. It feels like being traded from the Saints to the Falcons—Atlanta, I’m home!”

Jade Jones shared her thoughts about her new midday role: “I’m so grateful for the support Atlanta has shown me. I can’t wait to bring new energy and fun to the airwaves and connect with listeners during the heart of their day.”

Laura Dickerson, now hosting the night shift, is eager to be part of the station’s evolution: “I’m thrilled to be part of this new chapter in Atlanta radio history. The vision Patrick Davis has is inspiring, and we’re just getting started.”
