Luminate Reports 106,000 New Tracks Added Daily in 2025

The global music streaming landscape is becoming increasingly saturated, according to Luminate’s 2025 Year-End Music Report. An average of 106,000 new tracks are delivered to digital service providers (DSPs) each day, marking a 7% increase from the 2024 daily average of 99,000.

The report provides a breakdown of key findings regarding track volume, streaming activity, and market maturity in 2025, highlighting a significant disparity in track consumption. Despite the growing number of tracks, the industry is experiencing a shift in momentum.
