SNL Welcomes 2 New Black Women Writers

lakendra-tookes-leslie-jones_400x295_91We just told you about the comedian, Sasheer Zamata getting hired as one of the cast members on SNL and now they go and do something no one saw coming. “Saturday Night Live” has officially hired two black women as writers, the network said on Wednesday.

Comedians LaKendra Tookes and Leslie Jones will join the writing staff on Monday, an NBC spokeswoman said. Radio Facts would like to say congratulations to the two sisters on their accomplishment.
