The top sales executive at African-American-targeted TV One has been named to a post with oversight of a multi-platform sales operation that includes a slew of radio stations and Web sites. Keith Bowen, executive vice president-ad sales at TV One, becomes chief revenue officer for TV One and Radio One.
Among his responsibilities is heading One Solution, a business that offers advertisers package deals with a presence across the network: 53 Radio One stations in 16 markets, Web sites such as theurbandaily.com and Giant magazine.
