RADIO 103.9 New York’s APD Raphael George kicked off �a busy week at the Radio Station with visits from Grammy Award Winning Ne-Yo, DJ Cassidy and Aloe Blacc.
�Radio 103.9 New York, a Cumulus Media property, is the newest urban Radio Station in New York. It officially launched last month with The Tom Joyner Morning Show (TJMS) and The�D.L. Hughley Show in the afternoon,�Ken Wilson, Program Director and Raphael George as APD.
