RADIO 103.9 New York’s APD Raphael George kicked off  a busy week at the Radio Station with visits from Grammy Award Winning Ne-Yo, DJ Cassidy and Aloe Blacc.
 Radio 103.9 New York, a Cumulus Media property, is the newest urban Radio Station in New York. It officially launched last month with The Tom Joyner Morning Show (TJMS) and The D.L. Hughley Show in the afternoon, Ken Wilson, Program Director and Raphael George as APD.
