I certainly can’t complain now but I’ve been down that path of losing everything. I went through something similar to not only being laid off but losing my company too when Radio Facts (the magazine) was gone and I moved to (the very overrated) Atlanta. Everything was gone and I fell into a deep blue funk. I went through ALL my money and fell HARD. Usually people are shocked to hear the news initially (or they are just being nosy)(laugh) and they call and offer their condolences (or to find out more information), then they disappear and the depression can set in. I NEVER and I mean NEVER watch the news, it’s too negative, but I thought this was an interesting vid online (where I get ONLY the news I want to see) for our industry.
