A woman in Merced, CA was walking her 9-month-old son, Darius King Grigsby, in his stroller with his father when a car drove by and opened fire, shooting 3 shots, one fatally striking the baby. The mother rushed the child to a nearby Mcdonald’s for safety but he was pronounced dead on the scene by medical attendees.
Police are asking the public for help in the situation. No suspects or identification of the car as of yet but police are searching video surveillance for clues.
