Produced by Live Nation in partnership with Mona Scott-Young of Monami Entertainment, the tour received support from prominent figures like Busta Rhymes, Ciara, and Timbaland. Rhymes and Timbaland�s sons also participated, with Trillian appearing at select shows and Demetrius serving as DJ throughout the tour. Surprise guest performances included Trina, Lil� Kim, Monica, and Tweet, adding to the tour�s excitement.

In Cleveland on August 14, Greg Harris, President & CEO of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, acknowledged Elliott�s 2023 induction as the first female Hip Hop artist with a replica of her iconic �The Rain (Supa Dupa Fly)� music video headpiece. In Washington, D.C. on August 8, former NASA astronaut Alvin Drew presented a plaque commemorating �The Rain (Supa Dupa Fly)� as the first Hip Hop song transmitted to space. In Hampton, VA on August 2, Elliott was awarded a Congressional Certificate of Community Service by Congressman Bobby Scott. Hampton Mayor Donnie Tuck declared August 2 as �Out of This World Tour Day,� and Delegate Don Scott presented her with a resolution honoring her tour.
